A heartfelt thank you to all of you for braving the cold last evening in order to cheer and support me and my work!
As soon as the event started at 5 pm, people started coming through the door, and a consistent flow of both familiar and new faces kept on coming throughout the two-hour event. From the moment when i sat down to sign the first copy of my novel ETA – Estimated Time of Arrest of the evening, i did not get to stand up once from my chair until it was over. Not that i will complain about that… Fabrice Calmels, of the famed Joffrey ballet (whose striking gaze graces the cover of my book) was in attendance, and fans also got the chance to get my book signed by him for the occasion. By the looks of it, guests were having a great time, mingling and chatting around a glass of wine and munching on delicious chocolate-covered pretzels from Goddess along with other treats. Some of the guests also treated themselves and bought beautiful tops, accessories, jewelry and dresses sold at the store. Time went by fast, as it goes when such a great time is being had by everyone. If you did not get the chance to attend this time around, stay tuned, as there will be more book signings to come.
I also want to take the opportunity to thank the amazing team at P45, who did a fantastic job at preparing the event and ensuring that everyone was being attended to throughout the evening!
