Following in the steps of THE SAILOR necklace/choker, comes its cousin, THE STAR.

Also made of parachute cord and fully adjustable, the STAR comes with a silver-plated sea star pendent that measures over two inches in diameter.

As for the silver-plated beads, which serve to adjust the size of the necklace, they come in the shapes of an open-mouthed fish, a cute little sea star or a seahorse.

Just like the Sailor, you can choose between a rainbow of colors, 33 in total.

But unlike the sailor, we do not recommend you get this necklace wet. Since it is plated in silver, getting it wet or in contact with certain chemicals could cause the silver to tarnish.

Now there’s a truly original creation for you.
This necklace is called “the Sailor” because the pendant is a genuine stainless steel awning pulley, the kind that is found on sailing boats. The cord is made of parachute rope, which will not rot or get damaged when wet. Which means, you can go fishing, swim or dive in the ocean without ever needing to take it off.

Its length is fully adjustable, and can be worn as a necklace or as a choker.

Again, this is a unisex piece that will look equally attractive around the neck of a man or a woman, and is available in 33 colors.

All for a price less than…YO HO HO and a bottle of rum!

This design flew off the hooks of our jewelry displays at Our World Underwater, (Scuba Diving’s biggest expo in the midwest), which just took place last week end.

And here’s a fun, yet, true, tidbit of info about the Sailor:  we sold absolute equal amounts of them to women and men at the 3-day show, which makes this piece a winner in our quest for true unisex fashion!

Meet us at the 43rd annual Our World-Underwater show in Chicago, the biggest scuba and outdoor expo in the Midwest. For the first time this year, Miss Nyet will be present to sell its first two collections of unisex jewelry, which I designed with you in mind, adventure lovers, great outdoors aficionados  and  ocean advocates.Come to our booth (301-303) to check it out and try our jewelry on. There will also be a raffle and other contests throughout the week end!
